I am a client of eProHosted, what do I need to do?

eProHosted was managed administratively through WHMCS, a system you might be familiar with. IWS Hosting uses a proprietary account management system which allows us to provide superior service to both our Linux and Windows clients. Your account information has been migrated into our account management system and the WHCMS system you are familiar with has been abandoned. You have likely received multiple messages to the email address you have on file with us informing you of this change.

You have been provided access into your personal account center with IWS Hosting. Upon logging into this system you will be asked to update your contact information as well as your billing information. Future support requests and all billing for your web hosting account will be done through this interface and you will be provided with information as to how to contact our support staff.

IWS Hosting is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support. Providing personal and thorough customer support is the cornerstone of our business philosophy. Our proprietary support ticketing system tracks each account's history and each individual client's needs. All support requests any should now be routed through your IWS Hosting Account Management Interface. If you are unable or having difficulty logging into that interface, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Billing:

IWS Hosting has a proprietary billing system that securely processes your credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal and clients can choose to be billed on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual or annual basis as they prefer. We require no contracts.

I do not have access into my IWS Hosting Account Management Interface

If you have not received any messages in regards to your IWS Hosting Account Management, it is likely due to the email address on file being incorrect or possibly a spam filter that has blocked those messages. Please contact us immediately and we will contact you personally and provide you with that information.

I cannot access my cPanel interface

If you are having difficulty accessing cPanel it is likely due to a combination of the shutting down of the WHCMS interface that has occurred recently. eProHosted was using a number of different methods of allowing cPanel connectivity - many of which were inefficient and/or quite rigid in their implementation.

To access your cPanel, please use the default path of http://[your-domain-name]/cpanel

If this does not resolve your issues, please open a support ticket through your IWS Hosting Account Management Interface or contact us.

My account has been suspended

If your account is currently suspended, it is likely due to past due invoice. All billing is now handled through the IWS Hosting Account management Interface. If you were paying eProHosted via a PayPal subscription, those subscriptions have been terminated. You must log into the IWS Hosting Account Management Interface with the information that has been sent to your e-mail address on file and update your billing information as soon as possible in order to remove the suspension.

If you have not received any messages in regards to your IWS Hosting Account Management, it is likely due to the email address on file being incorrect or possibly a spam filter that has blocked those messages. Please contact us immediately and we will contact you personally and provide you with that information and work with you to quickly get your account back online.
